BODYFLOW (globally known as BODYBALANCE) classes at Club Fitness are right for every BODY. If you’ve been working out regularly for years, or even if you’re brand new, you’ll love these classes. And, no previous experience is necessary. This yoga-based workout uses body weight and mats and is done in our full-access group exercise studios. Class Design

BODYATTACK classes at Club Fitness are right for every BODY. Whether you’ve been regularly working out for years, or if you’re brand new, you’ll come to love these classes. And, no previous experience is necessary. This cardio-based workout uses body weight, mats, and the open space of the group exercise studio. With those tools, you’ll challenge and develop your physique, your athletic ability, and burn a ton of calories!

Benefits of BODYFLOW

BODYFLOW classes incorporate three major training techniques: tai chi, Pilates and yoga.

When you step into a BODYFLOW class, you’ll strengthen the entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered, and happy. During this class, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises. And, instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

And, because there are so many poses, postures, and techniques in this class, you will never get bored. Moreover, because these classes are primarily yoga classes, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to protect your joints and protect your body as you move toward your fitness goal.

Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a BODYFLOW class, you’re in the right place. Club Fitness offers classes that use yoga as an inspiration to transform your workout, and your body, completely.

PIYO and PILOGA both incorporate yoga and will keep you coming back for more. PIYO is a choreographed format that uses both Pilates and yoga and perfectly blends the two. In, PIYO you will build your core and experience an athletic workout. Similarly, PILOGA incorporates both Pilates and yoga but is, instead, a freestyle format where instructors design the class structure. In PILOGA, our top-tier instructors smartly and creatively deliver workouts that will give you a lasting sense of well-being.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
