BODYCOMBAT classes at Club Fitness are right for every BODY. If you’ve been working out regularly for years, or even if you’re brand new, you’ll love these classes. And, no previous experience is necessary. This cardio-based workout uses body weight, mats, and the open space of the group exercise studio. With those tools, you’ll challenge and develop your physique and expand your martial arts ability.

Class Design

BODYCOMBAT classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, agility, and mixed martial arts authenticity. When you step into a BODYCOMBAT workout, you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories! This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact. Plus, there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most out of every round. Then, you’ll release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.

And, because there are so many styles and variations in martial arts, you will never get bored. Moreover, because these classes are primarily cardio workouts, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to build your metabolism and progress you toward your fitness goal.

Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a BODYCOMBAT class, you’re in the right place. Club Fitness takes mixed martial arts cardio and evolves it using kickboxing as an inspiration to transform your workout, and your body, completely.

KICKBOXING, TURBO KICK, and URBAN KICK are outstanding fusion classes that will keep you coming back for more. KICKBOXING is a freestyle format which means the workouts are planned by our instructor. But, our KICKBOXING instructors bring a huge amount of creativity and energy to these classes. So, they always burn a ton of calories. TURBO KICK is a choreographed workout (built by experts and delivered by our amazing instructors). And, it uses sports-specific moves and high-paced training combinations. Similarly, URBAN KICK is an innovative and athletic format. Here, you’ll find expertly blended cardio kickboxing combinations with sports conditioning athletic drills.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
