Class Design
INTERVALS classes offer a little bit of everything. You will find all manner of training here. Cardio, strength, flexibility, and plyometric training are just some of the aspects of this class. And, INTERVALS classes are taught by our excellent Club Fitness group exercise instructors. They are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled to coach you through the class, find your challenge, but also customize it and make it just right for you. These workouts can incorporate any training combinations, and that’s precisely what makes them engaging and effective. Because there are so many options and variations, you will never be bored even if you regularly attend a class. Because these classes change from day to day, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to boost your metabolism on your fitness journey and get you to your goal fast.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
