Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been going regularly for years, INTERVALS classes at Club Fitness are for you. So, no previous experience is necessary. This workout is the ultimate variety class at Club Fitness. High intensity intervals, body weight, mats, light and heavy hand weights, and resistance bands are used here. And, this workout is purposefully designed by our instructors to be different every time so you will always find something new and keep the body guessing!

You will enjoy many benefits from regularly attending an INTERVALS class including: a strong core, lean muscle growth, fat loss, greater energy, stronger endurance, improved balance and focus, and flexibility. INTERVALS classes workout the entire body. But, they offer a lot of options. They can be both introductory or advanced, depending on your needs. So, anyone can experience a class and have a great workout. When you leave a class at Club Fitness, you will know and feel that you had an incredible workout, helping you to find new levels of fitness. INTERVALS classes offer a little bit of everything. You will find all manner of training here. Cardio, strength, flexibility and plyometric training are just some of the aspects of this class. And, INTERVALS classes are taught by our amazing Club Fitness group exercise instructors. They are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled to coach you through the class, find your challenge, but also customize it and make it just right for you. These workouts can incorporate any combinations of training and that’s exactly what makes them engaging and effective. Because there are so many options and variations, you will never be bored even if you regularly attend a class. And, because these classes change from day to day, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to boost your metabolism on your fitness journey and get you to your goal fast.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting active wear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
