Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been going regularly for years, DANCE classes at Club Fitness are for you. So, no previous experience is necessary. This workout uses all variety of dance styles including: tap, contemporary, hip hop, ballroom, jazz and modern. The best part about this workout is that it doesn’t feel like work! Here you have a great time moving to amazing music and being led by our incredible instructors. You’ll burn calories and only notice that you are having fun!

You will enjoy many benefits from regularly attending a DANCE class including: a stronger core, improved balance and coordination, greater energy and stress relief. DANCE classes are total body calorie burning workouts. But, they offer a lot of options. They can be both introductory or advanced, depending on your ability. So, anyone can experience a class and have a great workout. When you leave a class at Club Fitness, you will know and feel you had an amazing workout, bringing you to find new levels of fitness. DANCE classes focus on the music. You move to the rhythm of only the very best tunes. And, when DANCE really gets going, you sweat, burn a ton of calories, and smile all the while! DANCE workouts incorporate any variety of styles and techniques. But, this works to keep the class exiting and varied. So, every class is different and you never know what’s coming next. And, because there are so many options and variations in DANCE, you will never be bored even if you regularly attend a class. And, because these classes are primarily cardio routines, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to raise your metabolism and bring some joy into your weekly routine.

Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a DANCE class, then you’re in the right place. Club Fitness takes DANCE and turns it up to eleven with a class that use Latin dance as a core concept to transform your workout into something completely new.
Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves to create a dance party. The emphasis is on Latin music and rhythms although all popular songs and moves are welcome.

What to wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting active wear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
