DANCE classes focus on the music. You move to the rhythm of only the very best tunes. And, when DANCE really gets going, you sweat, burn a ton of calories, and smile all the while! DANCE workouts incorporate any variety of styles and techniques. But, this works to keep the class exiting and varied. So, every class is different and you never know what’s coming next. And, because there are so many options and variations in DANCE, you will never be bored even if you regularly attend a class. And, because these classes are primarily cardio routines, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to raise your metabolism and bring some joy into your weekly routine.

Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves to create a dance party. The emphasis is on Latin music and rhythms although all popular songs and moves are welcome.
