CARDIO classes focus on movement and raising the heart rate. This is for those looking to add variety to their routines and burn a lot of calories. Classes can incorporate any variety of cardio techniques and any combination of timing and resistance. Because there are so many options and variations in our cardio classes, you will never be bored even if you often attend a class. And, because these classes are so effective in raising the metabolism, we recommend attending classes as much as you are able to. But, at a minimum, we recommend twice a week to help you achieve your goals.

INTERVALS and STEP are perfect cardio options. INTERVALS is a freestyle format (workouts planned by instructor) that is our ultimate variety class. In this workout, you will experience a variety of all types of training to keep you engaged, challenged and motivated. STEP class are also freestyle formats and act similarly to CARDIO class but utilize the step as a primary tool to build your caloric burn and challenge your balance and coordination.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable fitting active wear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
