Class Design
BOOT CAMP classes focus on circuit training. You work at varying points in the gx studio and, at each point, you will encounter a challenge programmed by a personal trainer. This can be any variety of training including: cardio, plyometrics, strength, HIIT, functional and stretching. And, when you come to a BOOT CAMP class you get to experience a complete workout and a sample what it is like to work with one of our amazing trainers. Because there are so many options and variations in BOOT CAMP classes, you will never be bored. And, because these classes are primarily resistance oriented workouts, we recommend attending classes every other day or, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to strengthen your body and develop your endurance.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable fitting active wear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
