BOOT CAMP

If you’re brand new or you’re a "regular", BOOT CAMP classes at Club Fitness are right for you. So, no previous experience is necessary. This workout uses stations in the gx studio and takes participants through those workout stations in circuits. Body weight, mats, hand weights, and resistance bands are incorporated to challenge you and develop strength and fitness ability. And, this is expertly designed by our amazing personal training team!

You will enjoy many benefits from regularly attending a BOOT CAMP class including: improved endurance, tone muscles, stronger core, and a greater understanding of personal training. BOOT CAMP classes develop and strengthen the entire body. But, they offer a lot of options. They can be both introductory or advanced, depending on your needs. So, anyone can experience a class and have a great workout. When you leave a class at Club Fitness, you will know and feel that you had an relaxing workout, helping you to find new levels of fitness. BOOT CAMP classes at Club Fitness are educational, challenging and effective.

BOOT CAMP classes focus on circuit training. You work at varying points in the gx studio and, at each point, you will encounter a challenge programmed by a personal trainer. This can be any variety of training including: cardio, plyometrics, strength, HIIT, functional and stretching. And, when you come to a BOOT CAMP class you get to experience a complete workout and a sample what it is like to work with one of our amazing trainers. Because there are so many options and variations in BOOT CAMP classes, you will never be bored. And, because these classes are primarily resistance oriented workouts, we recommend attending classes every other day or, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to strengthen your body and develop your endurance.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting active wear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
