BODYATTACK classes at Club Fitness are right for every BODY.  Whether you’ve been regularly working out for years, or if you’re brand new, you’ll come to love these classes.  And, no previous experience is necessary.  This cardio-based workout uses body weight, mats, and the open space of the group exercise studio.  With those tools, you’ll challenge and develop your physique, your athletic ability, and burn a ton of calories!

BODYATTACK classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, agility, and athletic training.

When you come to a BODYATTACK class, a LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.  Here, you will experience a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to total beginners and total addicts.  We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

And, because there are so many options, progressions and regressions, you will always feel the workout and never get bored.  Moreover, because these classes are primarily cardio workouts, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week.  This will work to build your metabolism and progress you toward your fitness goal.

– Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a BODYATTACK class, you’re in the right place.  Club Fitness takes athletic training and evolves it into the following class options.  These classes will transform your workout, and your body, completely. 

GRIT and INTERVALS are perfect options for those looking to change it up.  GRIT incorporates three different approaches to HIIT training (cardio, strength and athletic).  And, although these classes are 30min formats, they are similarly high-energy experiences.  INTERVALS differs from GRIT and BODYATTACK in that it is a freestyle format (program designed by instructor).  And, this means that participants will experience new moves and patterns in every class.  The variety of training styles and the frequency of change then makes INTERVALS an excellent choice for those looking to keep their workout exciting, fresh and fun!
