Strong Nation is a HIIT class that focuses on boot camp style choreography to provide total body conditioning that brings maximum results! This class is tough but FUN and effective which gradually drives intensity and culminates in a total body workout.

Tabata is designed as a HIIT workout, with 4-minute increments for the exercise and 10 seconds for the rest period. This highly effective workout can be done in a shorter time with maximum results and is focused on physically pushing the body’s limits. Increased endurance and metabolism are just a few benefits of taking this class!

INTERVALS classes offer a little bit of everything. You will find all manner of training here. Cardio, strength, flexibility, and plyometric training are just some of the aspects of this class. And, INTERVALS classes are taught by our excellent Club Fitness group exercise instructors. They are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled to coach you through the class, find your challenge, customize it and make it right for you. These workouts can incorporate any training combination, and that’s precisely what makes them engaging and effective.

HIIT classes focus on timing and effort. You work hard, and then you rest at varying intervals. When HIIT training raises and lowers the heart rate, it also leaves the metabolism in a heightened state when the workout is complete. Workouts can incorporate various cardio and resistance training and any combination of timing (work vs. rest).

SPRINT classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, and recovery.
