This class improves coordination, assists in the success of everyday functional movements, and is a great way to gain community support and social interaction! You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support, and your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

We recommend attending a CYCLE class at least once every week. As these classes are cardio workouts with little stress on joints, you’ll find results and get to your goal as fast as you want to ride.
