Club Fitness wants to bring down the “barriers” to fitness by creating affordable, friendly, state of the art facilities that welcome people of all fitness levels. Our staff is here to help each person’s fitness journey be successful, enjoyable and fun.
At club fitness we are here to help you get results and keep you motivated. We always recommend using your one hour free personal training session to show you how to use all of the equipment and for a certified personal trainer to write up an exercise program specifically for you to follow.
If you want to come in and just exercise on your own most of our members follow a pretty simple plan of a 5 to 10 minute warm up on a piece of cardio equipment (treadmill, bike, elliptical, rower or stair climber) after your warm up generally some resistance training exercises on the selectorized circuit equipment (resistance training helps with building strength, helps prevent osteoporosis and burns calories and fat as well) after you have used the resistance training equipment the workout usually is finished up with 15 to 20 minutes of cardio (again on a treadmill, bike, elliptical or stair climber) after this enjoy a smoothie, a tan and a massage and you will feel great the rest of the day!

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes of any type, exercise pants or sweatpants and/or shorts, t-shirt or long sleeve t-shirt and a pair of comfortable tennis shoes. No one judges at club fitness so you do not need to wear a certain brand, make up your hair or look perfect in anyway. We are all here to have fun, be healthy and sweat!
New cards are able to be purchased at the front desk of any location during staffed hours. If you still have your card but need a new one due to wear and tear, there is no charge when turning in your old card

As a primary member your husband, wife or child under 21 is eligible for what we call a family add on. This means they receive the full membership plan but at a discounted monthly rate of $16.99 a month. There must be a primary member paying the full primary rate.
Cancellations are submitted at the facility with the manager or assistant manager
Cancellation notices must be submitted in person by the member with the Manager or Assistant Manager of any location during the hours listed below. Photo ID must be present to fill out the form.
Hours of Cancellation:
Monday – Thursday 9am -8pm
Friday 9am – 5pm
Saturday 10am – 6pm
You will receive a confirmation number once your form has been submitted. Please retain this number for your records as proof of cancellation.
Yes, however you must pay at minimum 5 days prior to your billing.
