*** Classes may end 5 minutes early to allow enough time for tear and set up for the next class.
****For SPINNING/Cycling Classes: Water bottles are mandatory for each rider. Reservations may be made in person one week in advance of the class. When arriving for class, you must check in at the front desk and get a SPINNING/cycling ticket to get into class. If a reserved member has not checked in at the front desk and received their ticket 5 minutes prior to class start, the spot may be given away to another waiting member.

If you are new, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to class time to be set up by the instructor.

Please wear shoes with clips only in the SPIN/cycling room.
